Unfortunately constantly decreasing in quality of service.
Having systematic delivery problems, really starting to become new normal for the company

missing pieces in order, no response from seller,
there also selling "high quality" ink on there german website thats banned in this country because of health risk

Very fast support reply, every time I sent an enquiry via email I've been replied in minutes. I got my order delivered next day. Thank you!

Good stuff, got exactly what I ordered and pretty fast too. Only caveat was that I ordered from killerinktattoo.no (norwegian site) and the shipping cost was from uk and didn't show up until I finished the order.

I will never order again from this company! I ordered some needles in December , January , February and never received the parcel .. email them about this issue and they complete denied everything sending me pictures of my door open from the times they used to deliver the orders.. waist of money.

Never received my orders ! Been emailing them but no reply , out of needles soon ???????? has been 2 months

Used to be my go to for supplies, now hiked prices up to rediculous amounts on tattoo furniture armrest and studio supplies, not only that used a gift card the other day on a 130 quid order, and they had the cheek to then re add the delivery charge back on.... bye killer ink, I’m in the hands of your competition now.

Ordered I love ink Tina Davies from the website. Beware they don’t send the correct items as the image on their website. Images was black twist lid hence why I payed the extra and brought from them specifically for the lid. Item arrived next day but wasn’t what I payed for. Got client on the Saturday I do not have the time to buy elsewhere, send this item back and wait around 3 days for a refund for it to arrive to them and then get my refund. Very disheartening tbh when I could of brought the same thing cheaper elsewhere so in the end had to keep them for my client. A bit mad with the company tbh.

Ordered a few things from them now. Had a small issue with one item, (nothing bad) and it was dealt with by Joe, who showed understanding and was a gentleman.

I made an order with this company. And part of it was missing, when I questioned my item was missing I was advised that they had video evidence off it being packed! Which I have not received a copy of, they asked me to recheck packing, I had my girls looking through the commercial bin, of course the item was still missing!! I wouldn’t use this company again. Money wasted and customer services are useless!!!

I always order from killer ink cause it has fast delivery and I always find everything in stock.
